How do I place an order?
Go to New Order in your dashboard, choose the platform and service you need, paste your link, enter the quantity, and hit submit. Your order starts processing automatically.
Delivery time depends on the specific service and current provider load. Estimated start/completion times are shown on each service listing before you order. Most orders begin within minutes.
Yes. Your target profile, page, or post must be set to public before ordering. Private accounts cannot receive delivery and are not eligible for refill or refund.
Head over to Add Funds in your dashboard to see all currently supported payment options. Once your balance is topped up, you can spend it on any service instantly.
Orders that are processing or already delivered as described are not eligible for refund. If a service includes a refill guarantee, any drops within that window are refilled automatically or on request — see our Terms of Service for full details.
A refill replaces any drop in delivered engagement, for services that include this guarantee. Go to Refill in your dashboard, select the order, and submit a refill request within the guarantee period.

Yes. Visit the API section in your dashboard for your key and full documentation, so you can integrate our services directly into your own site or reseller panel.
Open a ticket anytime from the Tickets section in your dashboard, and our support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
